Thank you for shopping with Atelier Vina. Every order means a lot to us, we carefully prepare each piece with attention and care to ensure it arrives beautifully.

Classic Designs
  • Free shipping for orders over €150,-
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days.
Atelier Designs
  • Sustainably handmade to order in our atelier
  • Carefully crafted especially for you
  • Production time: up to 10 working days before shipment

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Atelier Vina piece as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To return your item, it must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please also keep your proof of purchase or receipt.

To start a return, simply email us at tara@ateliervina.com. Once your request has been approved, we’ll send you all the details on how and where to return your package.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We kindly ask that you request a return before sending your item back, as we cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you quickly and carefully.

Non-returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • show signs of wear or use
  • are missing original packaging
  • are returned after the 14-day return period

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at tara@ateliervina.com and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
